Team pilot
30 days, freeThirty days, free, on your own accounts.
Ask Nathan is working with a small number of B2B sales teams first. Connect what your team already uses, run the accounts you’re working now, and see who on your team can get you in, how well they know the buyer, and how to ask.
01Who it’s for
Built for teams that sell into named accounts.
- B2B sales teams selling into buying committees, where one cold contact stalls the deal.
- Strategic and enterprise account teams working a named list of accounts.
- SDRs and AEs who go cold into accounts someone on their own team already knows.
- RevOps leaders who want a tool that reads what the team already connects and never writes to the CRM.
- B2B technology teams: software, AI, security, cloud, data and telecom.
- Teams on HubSpot or Salesforce. No CRM? Bring your pipeline sheet.
02What the pilot includes
Your team’s graph, set up with you.
- Your team’s relationship graph
- Connect HubSpot or Salesforce and your team’s Google or Microsoft 365 calendars, add LinkedIn exports and attendee lists, and Ask Nathan builds one graph of who your team knows.
- Your accounts, reviewed together
- Run the accounts and open deals you’re working now, and go through the warm paths with the Ask Nathan team on a 20-minute walkthrough.
- A direct line to the people building it
- Questions go to the team that builds Ask Nathan, not a queue.
- A say in what comes next
- Tell us which sources, workflows and reports to build next. Founding teams shape the roadmap.
- Founding-team terms
- The 30-day pilot is free. What follows it is the founding rate, and you decide at the end.
Length
30 days, free
Long enough to run your target accounts, ask for the intros and see what came of them.
What you connect
- HubSpot or Salesforce: Ask Nathan only reads from it
- Google and Microsoft 365 calendars, metadata only
- LinkedIn exports, each person’s own file
- Attendee and target lists
- Your pipeline and lists from Google Sheets, beside a CRM or instead of one, or a pipeline uploaded as a CSV or Excel file
- Claude, through the Ask Nathan connector
Terms
The 30-day pilot is free. What follows it is the founding rate, and you decide at the end.
We don’t promise numbers we haven’t measured yet. During the pilot we track these with your team, against where you started.
- Time to first path
- Accounts with a way in
- Intros asked and confirmed
- Meetings from warm paths
The steps
- 1Agree what you’ll measure
- 2Connect your team’s sources
- 3Run your target accounts and open deals
- 4Review the warm paths with us
- 5Ask for the intros: Ask Nathan drafts, you send
- 6Log what happened
- 7Decide together what comes next
03How it works
From connect to a warm intro ask.
1
Connect
HubSpot or Salesforce, your calendars, LinkedIn exports, or a pipeline sheet. Ask Nathan reads; it never writes to your CRM.
2
Your top deals, with warm paths
Ask Nathan ranks the open deals someone on your team can get into, and shows who, with the evidence.
3
The Path brief
One page per path: the connector, how well they know the buyer, and a Why written from the evidence, never a guess.
4
The intro link
Ask Nathan drafts the ask; the connector confirms with one link. Your rep sends nothing cold.
5
The ask bar
Ask who can get you into an account, in plain words, and get a ranked answer.
6
In Claude
The same questions from inside Claude, through the Ask Nathan connector, on the same graph.
No CRM?
Bring your pipeline sheet.
Start from a free template, or connect the Google Sheet you already keep. Ask Nathan reads the tabs you choose and keeps them in step as the sheet changes, beside a CRM or instead of one.
See the sheet templates →04Your data
Read-only, metadata-only, yours.
- Ask Nathan only reads from your CRM, with the access you grant, and never writes to it.
- From calendars it uses metadata only: who met whom, when and how often. Never titles, notes or contents.
- Your data stays in your workspace. It is not used to train third-party models and never shows up for another customer.
- Sign in with a Google or Microsoft work account; teammates on your work domain join your workspace.
- A DPA on request, and the subprocessor list is public.
- Ask Nathan doesn’t have a third-party security audit report yet. If your review needs one, say so on the form and we’ll walk your reviewer through how data is handled.
05After the pilot

06Questions
Before you ask.
What does the pilot cost?
Nothing. The pilot runs 30 days, free, on your real accounts. After it, teams that started with a pilot can continue at the founding rate above if they subscribe within 30 days of the pilot ending, or stop.
What do we connect?
HubSpot or Salesforce (read-only), your team’s Google or Microsoft 365 calendars (metadata only), each person’s own LinkedIn export, attendee and target lists, and a pipeline sheet if you keep one. You choose what to connect; nothing is required beyond one source.
We don’t have a CRM. Does it still work?
Yes. Bring your pipeline sheet: start from a free template or connect the Google Sheet you already keep, and Ask Nathan reads the tabs you choose.
Who sees our data?
Your team, in your workspace. Ask Nathan never shows one customer’s graph to another, doesn’t sell your data and doesn’t use it to train third-party models. The service providers that process it are listed on the trust page.
Do you have a security audit report?
Not yet. Ask Nathan doesn’t have a third-party security audit report. If your review needs one, tick Security review on the form and we’ll walk your reviewer through how data is handled.
What happens on the walkthrough?
Twenty minutes on your own deals. We connect your pipeline, look at your top accounts together, and you see the warm paths into them, not a demo account.
What happens after 30 days?
You decide. Continue at the founding rate (open for 30 days after the pilot ends), or stop. Your data is yours: ask and Ask Nathan deletes it.
Questions
Questions about Ask Nathan?
Straight answers to the questions teams ask first.
How does the 30-day pilot work?
A free 30-day pilot on your real accounts: agree what you'll measure, connect your sources, run your target accounts and open deals, review the warm paths with the Ask Nathan team, ask for the intros, log what happened, and decide together what comes next. Details at asknathan.ai/founding-teams.
What do we need to connect?
It builds one relationship graph for your team from the sources you connect: HubSpot or Salesforce, calendar metadata, each person's LinkedIn connections export, and the event and target lists you add, and the deals you're working come from your CRM or an uploaded pipeline spreadsheet. It combines the evidence (kinds, counts and dates) into a scored path, and asks instead of guessing when two records might be the same person.
How much does it cost?
The founding pilot is free for 30 days. Plans after the pilot are set on a short call, and a team member will walk you through them. Book 20 minutes at calendly.com/nathan-asknathan/20-minute-ask-nathan-walkthrough, or request a team pilot at asknathan.ai/founding-teams.
Does it write to our CRM?
No. Ask Nathan only reads from your CRM, HubSpot or Salesforce, and never writes to it.
