What Ask Nathan connects to, and what it reads.
Connect HubSpot or Salesforce, your team’s calendars and Microsoft 365 email, then add LinkedIn exports, attendee lists and what you sell. Ask Nathan brings it all into one relationship graph and finds the warm way into the accounts you’re working, in seconds, in the app or inside Claude.
Live now. Read-only on your systems.

How to connectHubSpot
Available nowContacts, deals, owners
What it reads
Reads contacts, companies, deals and owners, plus meeting and call metadata: who, when, how long, the outcome. Never titles, notes or recordings. Ask Nathan never writes to HubSpot.
Salesforce
Available nowAccounts, opportunities, owners
What it reads
Reads accounts, contacts, opportunities and their contact roles, and owners, plus when meetings and calls were logged. Never subjects, notes, descriptions or email content. Ask Nathan never writes to Salesforce.
Google Calendar
Available nowMeeting metadata
What it reads
Meeting history only: who met whom, when and how often. Attendees are read to know who met whom; titles, descriptions and contents never are.
Microsoft 365 Calendar
Available nowMeeting metadata
What it reads
Meeting history only: who met whom, when and how often. Attendees are read to know who met whom; titles, descriptions and contents never are.
Microsoft 365 email
Available nowEmail metadata
What it reads
Email metadata only: who and when — the sender, To and Cc addresses and the time. Never subjects, message text or attachments, and Ask Nathan never sends email from your mailbox. Each member switches it on for their own mailbox.
Google Sheets
Available nowPipelines and lists
What it reads
No CRM? Bring your pipeline sheet. Or add one beside your CRM: connect the Google Sheets you already work in.
Ask Nathan reads each spreadsheet you connect, read-only, proposes what each tab holds, and syncs the tabs you choose: a pipeline tab becomes deals, a list of people (contacts, investors, attendees) shows who on your team can reach them, and a list of target accounts adds those companies. It keeps them in step as the sheet changes.
Eight signals. One relationship graph.
- Calendar & email
- CRM or Sheet
- Events
- In-person meetings
- How well you know them
- What you sell
- Past intros
Who your team really knows, and how well.
The warm way in, in seconds.
Add your own files and lists
LinkedIn connections export
Your own file from LinkedIn's export, with no password. Ask Nathan opens it in your browser and shows you what is in it before anything is imported. A connection can suggest a path, never establish one.
Read the export guideAttendee and target lists
Drop in an event attendee list or a list of target accounts, as a CSV or pasted rows. Ask Nathan shows who your team can reach, and through whom.
Connect and add a listPipeline spreadsheet
No CRM? Upload your pipeline spreadsheet, as a CSV or Excel file. Ask Nathan reads it in your browser, keeps only the columns you map, and puts a warm path next to each open deal. Upload it again when it changes.
Upload your pipelineSpreadsheets, CRM exports and notes
Account lists, CRM exports and relationship notes feed a scan that runs in your browser. It is a quick look at one goal and is not added to your team's graph.

Request Early AccessQuestions about Ask Nathan?
Straight answers to the questions teams ask first.
What does it read from HubSpot?
Accounts, contacts, deals and owners: what it needs to put a warm path next to each open deal. It only reads from HubSpot.
Does it scrape LinkedIn?
No. It uses each person's own connections export, the file LinkedIn lets every member download. Ask Nathan doesn't log in to LinkedIn or scrape it. A LinkedIn connection alone counts as something to confirm, not a strong relationship.
What about Salesforce?
Yes. Ask Nathan reads from Salesforce: accounts, contacts, opportunities and their contact roles, owners, and when meetings and calls were logged. It never reads subjects, notes or email content, and it never writes to Salesforce.
Does it read email?
Never what's in it. A member can switch on Microsoft 365 email, and Ask Nathan then reads only who wrote to whom, and when: never subjects, message text or attachments. Gmail isn't connected. From calendars it uses meeting metadata only: who met whom, when and how often, never what was said.
Relationship data should stay under your control.
Ask Nathan is metadata-first by default. Files you add and relationship signals are private unless a user chooses to act on them. We do not expose private contacts to other members.
