Self-serve plans refresh monthly; Team has a yearly pool. A credit is used only when you act on a path: a Path brief, an intro request or an export.

A declined intro gives its credit back.
A Path brief counts once per deal every 30 days.

Your paths, scores and evidence stay. The Why and next step wait for the reset, or for an upgrade. Unused credits don't roll over.

Is Ask Nathan a CRM?
No. Ask Nathan is the trust layer on whatever you run: it works beside HubSpot or Salesforce, or on your pipeline sheet. No CRM? Bring your pipeline sheet.
What does Ask Nathan read?
Only what your team connects or adds: your CRM, calendars (limited to who met whom and when), the sheet tabs you choose, and the files you upload, like a LinkedIn export. No scraping, no bought contact lists.
Does my data train AI models?
No. The data your team connects or adds is not used to train third-party AI models.
What about our security review?
Subprocessors are listed on our trust page, a DPA is available on request, and every integration is permission-based. Ask Nathan doesn't have a third-party security audit report yet; if your review needs one, talk to us.
What's a credit, and what happens at the limit?

No. Ask Nathan works in your browser. With the Ask Nathan connector, you can also ask from any Claude chat.

Start on Free or Pro. When colleagues join, Starter gives up to 8 of them their own Path briefs. Past 8, Team covers 15 and more, by invoice.
